Uninterrupted Flow Subcommittee
Welcome to the webpage for the Uninterrupted Flow Subcommittee within ACP40, the TRB Committee on Highway Capacity and Quality of Service.
The purpose of the Uninterrupted Flow Subcommittee is to provide performance measures (including capacity and travel time reliability) and estimation procedures for planning, design, and operation of freeway facilities, freeway segments (basic, merge, diverge, weaving), multilane highways, and two-lane highways.
